Athletic Conditioning

 Proper attire for this class is activewear, flat soled shoes (such as Vans or Converse), and hair securely pulled back.

*Why is strength and conditioning important for my dancer?*
Dancers are athletes. Athleticism is the ability to seamlessly & effortlessly combine primal movement patterns through space to complete known & novel tasks. In this class, dancers will work to increase endurance, strength, stability, flexibility, and alignment. They will also be taking a look at nutrition, hydration, and anatomy. Increasing athleticism will help them to grow as dancers and athletes.
